We run trainings across our contact centres with strong emphasis on our guiding principles through creative, fun-like programs and initiatives that prioritise personal development, healthy self-esteem, leadership and service. For every training encounter, there would always be conversations around themes of abuse and neglect, with counselling options to students who need them.
Our mentors are young, teenage-friendly professionals in different fields who are Christians and open to working out a timeline to personally mentor a teenager open to mentorship. Each mentor is known to the leadership of the organisation and they invest their time, resource and commitment irrespective of distance and other inconveniences.
We partner with service-oriented organisations and causes to give volunteer experience to teenagers at the Breach Repairers. The essence of these partnerships is to connect interested teen beneficiaries of our Reach Out campaign to various community service opportunities. Our emphasis is in line with Mathew 25:35-40, especially for teenagers who want to impact their communities but don’t know where to start. They will be able to easily locate causes that is as close to their community as it is to their heart and faith.
