What to Expect

Keynote Address

A thought-provoking keynote will open the summit, setting the tone with reflections on character, courage, and leadership. Students will be challenged to take ownership of their influence and be catalysts for positive change in their schools and communities.

Engage with Professionals

Students will interact directly with professionals across diverse fields. These engaging conversations will offer insights into career journeys, real-life challenges, and valuable life lessons.

Speed Mentoring

One-on-one mini sessions give students the chance to ask mentors anything, from career advice to navigating life choices. It's fast-paced, fun, and packed with perspective.

Plenary Discussions

Lively, guided discussions will explore issues that matter to teens—peer influence, self-identity, purpose, and more. These conversations are safe spaces to listen, learn, and contribute.

The Olayinka Olusola (Victor-Banjo) Omigbodun Teacher’s Award

As part of our commitment to promoting a culture of appreciation and excellence in education, we proudly introduce the Olayinka Olusola (Victor-Banjo) Omigbodun Teacher’s Award, a highlight of this year’s summit.

Purpose

This award recognises outstanding educators who are not only exceptional in their professional delivery but also demonstrate ethical leadership and serve as exemplary mentors to their students.

Selection Process

Open nominations submitted by students from across the state
A distinguished panel of educators, researchers, and professionals will serve as the award jury
Final selection will be based on teaching excellence, ethics, mentorship, and community impact

Award Package

Statutory cash prize of ₦500,000
Additional gifts and recognition
Public celebration at the summit in the presence of students, educators, and invited dignitaries
